Coconut Matcha Cloud Recipe
Ingredients
- 75 ml oat cream for whipping
- 2 g Matcha
- 5 g agave syrup
- 0.1 g salt
- 200 ml coconut water
- Ice cubes
You'll Need:
- Milk frother
- Matcha whisk (Chasen)
- Spoon
- Your favorite glass
Instructions:
- Add the oat cream, Matcha powder, agave syrup, and salt into the milk frother.
- Blend well until you have a lovely, fluffy foam, your Matcha Cloud.
- Fill your glass with ice cubes and pour over the coconut water.
- Finally, gently top with the creamy Matcha Cloud.
- Stir well, then sit back and enjoy!
