For orders to Germany, we use both DHL via PPL and DPD Classic. We generally charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order for orders under €49.00. Orders over €49.00 are delivered free of charge.
For orders to Austria, we exclusively use DPD Classic. We generally charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order for orders under €49.00. Orders over €49.00 are delivered free of charge.
For orders to Switzerland, we use FedEx International Economy and charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 9.90 per order for orders under CHF 99. We offer free shipping for orders over CHF 99. We also cover any customs duties.
Shipping to the rest of the EU
For orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Czechia, Hungary and Slovakia, we use DPD Classic and charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order for orders under €49.00. We offer free shipping for orders over €49.00.
For orders to Denmark, Italy, France, Spain, Romania, Luxembourg, Sweden, Portugal, Estonia and Slovenia, we use DPD Classic and charge a flat shipping fee of €9.90 per order for orders under €99.00. Orders over €99.00 are delivered free of charge.
For orders to Croatia and Lithuania, we use FedEx International Economy and charge a flat shipping fee of €9.90 per order for orders under €99.00. Orders over €99.00 are delivered free of charge.
For orders to Ireland, Finland, Greece and Bulgaria, we use DPD Classic and charge a flat shipping fee of €14.90 per order for orders under €149.00. Orders over €149.00 are delivered free of charge.
For orders to Latvia, we use FedEx International Economy and charge a flat shipping fee of €14.90 per order for orders under €149.00. Orders over €149.00 are delivered free of charge.

Our products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. This does not apply to food items that have already been opened, such as teas, or used accessories.
