Preparation

500 ml Hibiscus tea

Brew the tea: Prepare a strong hibiscus tea (approx. 2–3 tea bags or 6 g loose tea per 500 ml) and allow it to cool completely – ideally chilled in the fridge for a few hours.

1 handful Ice cubes
1 handful Raspberries

Prepare the glasses: Divide ice cubes and berries between two glasses.

2 tbsp Elderflower Syrup

Add sweetness: Pour a splash of syrup over the berries.

Add the tea: Fill each glass about three-quarters full with the chilled hibiscus tea.

200 ml Coconut Drink

Create the creamy layer: Slowly pour in the coconut drink to achieve that signature soft, cloudy effect.

4 Mint leaves
1 Lime slice

Finish: Garnish with mint or lime and gently stir if desired.
