Why shouldn’t I brew Bollywood with boiling water?

Boiling water can overpower the delicate aromas of the green tea and make the infusion taste bitter. At 80°C, the fresh, spicy and fruity notes are preserved much better.

Can I also enjoy Bollywood cold?
