Brewing your Matcha is simple: Open a stick (1.5g) and add it to a cup or bottle. Depending on your preference, add 60-500ml of hot or cold water. For a lighter taste, use more water; for a stronger flavour, opt for less water. Stir or shake vigorously until smooth and frothy. For a Matcha latte, simply add your choice of milk. Discover your perfect Matcha by experimenting with different mixing ratios!

The processing of the tea

The tea plants are shaded three weeks before harvest to develop their characteristic sweet umami flavour. After harvesting, After harvesting, the stems and veins are meticulously removed, and the leaves are processed into Tencha. This Tencha is then traditionally stone-ground into fine Matcha powder.
